The Cirk-UFF international contemporary circus festival will invade Trutnov on the traditional first weekend in June. The official program of this unique event features shows by 5 foreign and 8 Czech companies to be performed in the streets of the city, at the Uffo theater and the festival circus tent. There will be workshops for both beginners and advanced acrobats with Czech and international lecturers and Friday and Saturday nights will see parties which have already become legendary.
The Cirk-UFF festival errupts on Friday, May 31 and continues until Sunday, June 2. Apart from Czech troupes such as Cirk LaPutyka with their latest RISK performance, Bra(tři) V Tricku with their hit Plovárna performance, the premiere of the Velvet Blues street show by Décalages – Theater In Motion, the program also features international artists such as the LA MEUTE acrobats from Scandinavia, the Belgian duo PAKI PAYA, Compagnie BAM from France, the Animal Religion duo from Finland and Spain and the premiere of a new performance by Cie Des Pieds Perchés!
This is definitely worth a trip to Trutnov.
