Cesta k modernímu managementu pro 21. století
Jak vytvořit pracovní prostředí, které motivuje lidi k převzetí odpovědnosti za svou práci a sladí je s cíli a vizí organizace? To byla jedna ze základních otázek, které iniciovaly projekt Reinventing Circus Organizations. Na tomto projektu spolupracovaly čtyři evropské organizace s cílem rozvíjet pracovní prostředí tak, aby poskytovalo vynikající zázemí svým zaměstnancům, ale také klientům, studentům a partnerům. Reinventing Circus Organizations: Embracing Modern Management for the 21st Century"
How to create a working environment that motivates people to take ownership of their work and aligns them with the goals and message of the organization? This was one of the fundamental questions that initiated the Reinventing Circus Organizations project. Four European organizations collaborated on this project with the aim of developing their structures to provide an excellent working environment for their employees and ensure the best possible experiences for their clients, students, and partners. V CIRQUEONu se za posledních deset let své existence zabýváme především vzděláváním, výměnami mládeže, sociálním cirkusem, podporou umělců a kurzy pro veřejnost. S tím, jak organizace roste, jsme však začali více přemýšlet nad stránkou organizační, tedy jak propojit naši „kancelář s tréninkovou halou“, abychom si lépe porozuměli a aby naše organizace dobře fungovala uvnitř i navenek.
Cílem projektu Reinventing Circus Organisations je reflexe současného fungování organizace ve spolupráci s našimi partnery a společná cesta, která by nám pomohla v dalším vývoji. Pro tento projekt jsme vybrali partnerské cirkusové organizace z Belgie (Cirus in Beweging), Švédska (Cirkus Cirkör) a Německa (Coraggio). Nacházíme se v odlišném stupni vývoje – od úplných nováčků po třicetileté matadory- a posláním tohoto projektu je učit se, sdílet a společně vytvořit nový, nebo lepší systém pro každou z organizací a těsnější propojení s ostatním světem, ale i lidmi, kteří jsou jen jeden pracovní stůl nebo žíněnku od nás.
Projekt je spolufinancován programem Erasmus+.
In the last ten years of our existence, CIRQUEON has been mainly involved in education, youth exchanges, social circus, artist support, and public classes. However, as the organization has grown, we have started to think more about the organizational side, i.e. how to connect our „office with the training hall“ to better understand each other and make our organization work well internally and externally.
The aim of Reinventing Circus Organisations is to reflect on the current functioning of the organization in collaboration with our partners and to find a common path to help us develop further. For this project, we have selected partner circus organizations from Belgium (Cirus in Beweging), Sweden (Circus Cirkör) and Germany (Coraggio). We are at different stages of development – from complete novices to 30-year-old matadors- and the mission of this project is to learn, share, and together create a new or better system for each of the organizations and a closer connection with the rest of the world, but also with people who are just a desk or mat away.
The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
