This year, the largest contemporary-circus festival in the Czech Republic will tour Moravia for a few days at the end of June and then continue for another week at the Lipno reservoir in South Bohemia.
As usual, both the Moravian and South-Bohemian editions of the festival will feature Teátr Víti Marčíka, Divadlo KAKÁ, Vojta Vrtek, Václav Strasser and many acts from the Prague program. However for the first time, the regional editions will also present My!Laika, one of this year’s international star acts of Letní Letná, which is a quartet of performers from Germany, Italy, The Netherlands and Argentina who will present their successful, thrilling Popcorn Machine show packed with aerial acrobatics, juggling, bike acrobatics accompanied by live music. The Lipno festival will also offer the new Plovárna show by (bra)Tři v Tricku from the Czech Republic.
The side program includes juggling and art workshops for children, a theater photography studio and evening music acts.
